300rwhp by 5200rpms 600rwhp by 6400rpms With only 1200 rpm increase, your power out put at the wheels has doubled. That's gonna be a HUGE PITA to keep the car in control when that happens on the track, much less on the street.
Why not use smaller turbos(or just one large turbo instead of 2 big ones in the Supra's case) and more effecient intercoolers? The boost will come in quicker, you will have more torque, it will be easier to control, and it will be easier to drive on the street. Bigger is not always better.
